On July 31 Luzhniki welcomed international sport forum “Russia – Sport Nation!” Maxim Kazmin (wake-club Malibu), Andrei Rigin and Anton Byanov organized winch wakeboard and wakeskate at this festival.

Guys constructed 3 pools, which were connected by figures (rails and sliders), got a boat there (provided by Sport-Aqua), fixed a winch there and show began!

On some Saturday we went to the new Lych’s countryhouse somewhere near Kaluga, and run into this dam. Huge! Terrible! It was destroyed by the time, water and local scum! There were bottles, pintles and stones at the bottom – wakeskater’s complete set

We decided to do a wallride. The first one to come was Lych. The point was to edge progressively on the wall that’s why he tried to ride at it at the angle -  to jump on one step and then further on the wall. An attemp ended up with his fall

Поехали мы как то в субботу смотреть новую Лычевскую дачу под калугой, и наткнулись вот на эту дамбу. Большая! Страшная! Убитая временем, водой и местным быдлом! На дне бутылки, штыри и камни – полный набор вейкскейтера

Location: Moscow, Swimpool @ Russia State University of Physical Education

In anticipation of the summer, in Cherkizon’s pool took place Wakestyle Winter Cup.Riders were fighting in 3 categories. Open amateur, Open pro and Open Wakeskate.

It was quite hot in the first two groups, everyone was showing good amplitude tricks! As a result, Sergey Serichenko came first in amateur and Maxim Belikov in pro!!!

Skaters added unreal positive! Despite brief acquaintance with our kicker))))) and rails, riders showed excellent jumps from kickers and jibbing. THM, as usual, did amazing trolley and crashes, especially everyone remembers Yez’s fantastic front-roll without skateboard from the kicker and Dimulin’s jibbing!!

And Alexander Chibizov became the winner of the skate contest.
